Core Online Programme

Experienced teacher trainer and behaviour expert Caroline Bentley-Davies is running her well-established new staff training as a 3 part training programme. Staff join small group online sessions with other new teachers for interactive training and coaching. They will gain valuable teaching tips, and strategies to succeed. Groups can be set up exclusively for your own school, or individual ECTs can join with staff from other schools or colleges. Small numbers ensure the sessions are interactive and personalised.

Three sessions throughout the year – focusing on the main areas that new staff need to master. Session includes an interactive input from Caroline, course notes and discussion with others in the group. These look at solutions and strategies to overcome common issues experienced by new staff.

Each session is 2.5 hours long – including a break. Training is supported by a copy of Caroline’s best-selling book ‘How to be an Amazing Teacher’ included as part of the package and posted to delegates.

Delegates also receive one 30 minute one-to -one coaching session with Caroline allowing them to talk over any areas of challenge, or to receive coaching feedback about lesson planning. This can be arranged after one of the sessions, or at an agreed time within a month of the final session.
